About 500 employees work at this location. We had back to back COVID cases. They won't report them. I was tested positive and got it from work. I was quarantined. One coworker was allowed to continue working then they quarantined the person. Didn't give us gloves or hand sanitizer. They would reimburse us. No hazard pay. They denied me for telework. I have a heart condition. They don't follow the LA County Department of Public Health Orders. We can only get one 80 hours on COVID leave. Referred to DLSE for pay issues. This is entire building. Title 8, CCR §3205(c) Employer fails to comply with Los Angeles Count Department of Public Health, Health Officer Order regarding COVID-19. Employer fails to implement an effective COVID-19 Prevention Program.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 5
