From Web Complaint #32499282: Employees told that PPE in the future must be washed and reused. They have not disclosed COVID positive residents. This is an assisted living facility, even when we have had resident leave the building after we know they were positive. We got confirmation from the hospital. New residents that need to be quarantined were around facility sans mask, potentially spreading the virus to other residents and staff. Room with COVID positive residents hasn't been sanitized. Overall dirty areas and hallways that may have been exposed. The reasoning behind them not only wanting to tell us about COVID in the building is because they don't want to pay hazard pay like out other location that had positives. Title 8, CCR §3205 Employer fails to comply with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Health Officer Order regarding COVID-19. Employer fails to implement an effective COVID-19 Prevention Program.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
