This is a storage company. About 50 employees work at this location. Two weeks ago the company decided to test everybody. A lot of people were positive. They shutdown for two weeks. They returned today. There was a second round of testing that the company did not pay for. The people who previously tested positive were not tested again because their employer said they were immune because they already tested positive. L.A. County Department of Public Health has approved their return to work. Employer fails to comply with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Health Officer Order regarding COVID-19. Employer fails to implement and effective COVID-19 Prevention Program. CCR T8 3205(c)Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 50
