T8CCR§3203(a) - Bus operators were allowed to put up a barrier to ensure passengers stay away 6 ft. from the drivers. But starting October 4, 2020, employer has told bus operators that they are not to enforce the barrier anymore. Hundreds of passenger will be within 6 ft. of drivers on a daily basis. The plastic cover at the driver's seat is not big enough and has openings on top, bottom and sides and is not effective to stop COVID-10 spread by any means. Most passengers do not wear masks making the 6 ft. barrier essential for employees' safety and health.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
