T8CCR 3203(a)- Four legal assistant employees tested positive for COVID-19. They worked in the front by the lobby dealing with clients. They don't have any face shield, masks, or plastic screen guards. Social distancing is not being enforced and lawyers, legal secretary, receptionists, and legal assistants are talking to the client/s face to face. Masks, gloves, nor hand sanitizers are being provided to employees. Employees have not been trained on COVD-19 guidelines from the Public Health Department and nothing is being enforced. T8CCR 3380(f)- Employees were informed that they need to buy their own PPE and there is a lack of cleaning to disinfect common areas.Alleged Hazards: 8, Employees Exposed: 1
