T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3) Employer is not giving notice of potential COVID-19 exposure, within one business day. Employer does report cases that occurred on Friday until Monday while employees continue to work 24/7 including Saturday and Sunday. Employer provides information of positive cases online but not all employees may have access. T8 CCR 3205.2(b) Employee is not providing testing as required in locations where there have been more than 20 cases (USS Tripolis and USS Cowpens). T8 CCR 3205(c)(6) Employee is not enforcing physical distancing. Employer conducted management walk through of approximately 20 people in an area of 20" x 10". T8 CCR 3205(c)(7) Employer is not ensuring contractors are complying with face covering requirements. Some contractors remove face covering. T8 CCR3205(c)(8)(C) No adequate sanitation is taking place in the following location: Break and Lunch area (no wipe in between), and clocking in and out stations. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(D) Not enough hand washing stations at USS Cowpens.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
