T8 CCR 3205(c)(7) Employer is requiring employees to work in an environment where the use face covering to protect them from COVID is not enforced. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)Physical distancing is not being enforced. T8 CCR 3205(c)(11) Employer allows employees to work on site, even after testing positive for COVID-19. T8 CCR 3205(a)(4) When staff have reported unsafe condition, the employer will not investigate potential exposures to Health and Safety concerns. T8 CCR 3205(c)(4) No deep cleaning is being done after people exhibit symptoms, and no cleaning is being done. T8 CCR 3203(c)(2) Employer is not enforcing compliance with no laws are being followed and employees are being forced to work in incredibly unsafe conditions. T8 CCR 3203(c)(3) Employer retaliates against employees who express concern about COVID-19 preventive measures in the establishment.
