Description of complaint: The employee states that one employee came into work after having a COVID-19 test but had not received the results yet and worked an entire 10 hour shift. The employee the following day received his positive test results. The employee could have possibly exposed several workers during his shift. Also the employee's father who works for the same company whom lives with the positive employee is not being excluded from work.   1. The employer did not ensure to exclude COVID-19 cases from the work place until the return to work criteria subsection (c)(11) has been met. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(10)(A). 2. The employer did not ensure to exclude employees from the work place who have been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(10)(B).
