1. The employer did not implement an effective process for screening employees and responding to employees with COVID-19 symptoms. An employee with COVID-19 symptoms continued to work onsite for 4 days until they received a positive COVID-19 test. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(b) 2. The employer did not determine who may have had COVID-19 exposure to the employee who received a positive COVID-19 test result. Additionally, the employer did not give notice of the potential COVID-19 exposure, within one business day, to all employees who may have had COVID-19 exposure to this person. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B) 3.
