(1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that employee who have tested positive are not required to isolate for at least 10 days, and employees in close contact with positive cases are not required to quarantine. Additionally, it was reported that there is not appropriate disinfection the work area, employees do not undergo health screening before beginning work, and the employer does not conduct contact tracing for positive cases. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.
