(1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that mask use is not required in all indoor areas (specifically in the "bag room"), surfaces are not cleaned routinely, and employees have not been trained on company COVID policies. Additionally, it was alleged that several employee have tested positive and worked in close contact with other workers, and management did not inform these workers of the close contact, nor require them to quarantine.
