1. Regarding Covid-19: The employer is not performing or maintaining documentation of daily health screenings with employees. 2. Regarding Covid-19: Poor sanitation throughout facility, i.e. not cleaning high touch surfaces frequently throughout the day. 3. Toilets in men's and women's bathrooms are not functioning properly, i.e. toilets do not work. 4. Bathroom facilities are unsanitary and not properly cleaned. 5. Bathroom facilities do not have any hand soap for employees to wash their hands. 6. The employer is not properly removing and disposing of bloodborne pathogen and other potentially infectious material. 7. Employees do not have access to written employee health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
