1. Fairview Area Schools is not following the MIOSHA remote work policy. The policy states that any employee that is able to work from home, must be able to. 2. In November office employees began doing jobs from home. They were completing all job duties from home with no problems or complaints. Management told employees they need to come back to work. When asked about the MIOSHA remote work policy the questions were ignored. The finance director at Fairview Schools is working from home, and was never asked to work on site, and is still continuing to work from home. 3. Fairview Area Schools does not have a board approved COVID 19 policy in place, and they have nothing listed publicly on their website.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-08
