1. Employees who were in contact with COVID-19 or having symptoms (no taste or smell), were told to come into work. One of the employees tested positive for COVID-19 the following day (01/26/2021). 2. The employee that tested positive should've been in quarantine for 14 days but came back to work after 8 days (01/26/2021- 02/03/2021) without being tested saying that they're COVID free. 3. Four other employees were infected with the COVID-19 virus, two of which were sanitation employees which meant the building wasn't getting the proper sanitation to keep the employees safe for the whole week of 01/25/2021.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-05
