1. Not following the Governor and MIOSHA's remote work rule. 2. There is no policy in place prohibiting in-person work for employees to the extent that their work activities can feasibly be completed remotely. 3. Some employees are not wearing their masks while away from their desks while in the office. 4. They are having large meetings without properly socially distancing and wearing masks. 5.
