1. Employees are being told by management to still continue to come to work even though they have symptoms. Employees have written on sign in sheets that they have symptoms coming into work and they say we still have to come. Employees have been exposed numerous times to COVID positive patients that they've had no idea have COVID. If employees get tested, they are threatened with being reprimanded. 2. One of the workers donates N-95 masks. Employees do not have proper PPE. The employer tells employees that the residents don't have COVID when they do.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-22
