1. The business had a COVID-19 outbreak of confirmed cases and failed to warn any employees until a week later. 2. They do not follow any of the CDC guidelines: do not social distance, refusal to wear masks, tell customers they don't have to wear masks, do nothing to clean areas except use window cleaner. 3.
