1. There is no requirement to wear facial coverings in the building when six-foot social distancing cannot be maintained. 2. The companies Covid Preparedness Plan is a series of email updates sent by the COO. 3. The hallways of the building are mostly six feet wide so one cannot be six feet apart from someone walking in the opposite direction. There is no way to social distance going in or out of the restrooms 4. The screening lab members work shoulder to shoulder during their process early in the day. These team members do not wear face coverings while performing this work. 5. The required daily screening are performed at the employee entrance with no markings or directions for where to line up if there is a back-up (mirrored tints have been applied to the glass on the door which means you cannot see inside before entering). There are also employee lockers in this space that are sometimes being accessed by team members who just checked in. 6. In addition to specifically not requiring face coverings in all or part of the building, there are other related issues that affect all on-site employees. Per the May 27th email, FFL instituted an entry screening process that consists of a temperature check and three questions about possible Covid-19. However, after the first few days the team members performing the health screenings stopped asking about the questionnaire. 7. FFL recalled all employees back to the office on June 15th, discontinuing the option to work in full or part time from home.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-04
