1. A Covid-19 preparedness plan has not been implemented and it is not enforced. 2. The proper sanitizing is not being followed for each car. 3. Employees do not wear a mask or glove when they get into a car. 4. Employees and customers are not wearing masks in offices and when in the public area of the facility. 5.
