Midnights from 10pm-6am the nurse assistant ratio to patients is over the state requirement it happens a lot on weekends when the office And hr personal are not at work on the weekends and happens on the weekdays as well. With COVID going on they do not check temperatures for all oncoming staff Some days they do some days they don't they check for oncoming staff in The morning for day shift To ensure no fever before coming on contact with patients. I have had 24/25 patients on one hall by myself. Michigan law requires max 15 people on midnights to one nursing personal. There are three floors so I'm not sure how many others are effected. I could have a fever or symptoms and they wouldn't know because I have not been check before starting my shift which could cause a hazard to the patient and employeeSource: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-07-27
