1. My co-worker is self-quarantining because of a positive test for covid-19. No one in the facility has informed the staff in the department, and it has been over 24 hours since she stop coming to work. 2. In the culinary department we work closely together, and no clean up has been done at all. 3. When we enter the facility, someone takes our temperature write our names down, and we were not asked any questions. 4. There is no plan for covid-19 exposure if it is, I am not aware of any, I am experiencing a headache and sore throat.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-07-24
