1. Employees travel to different homes and facilities to care for patients, seeing up to eight patients per day. Some facilities have had many positive COVID-19 cases. An employees was exposed to COVID-19 multiple times. The employer required the employee to return to work after seven days of quarantine, despite multiple orders from the Health Department to stay home until the employee was officially released. 2. The employee did not receive COVID-19 test results, from the time they were exposed to the time they were told to return to work. The exposed employee was tested for COVID-19 through a testing site not associated with the employer. The employee received a positive COVID-19 test results. Had the employee returned to work when ordered, they may have potentially exposed others they came in contact with unnecessarily.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-07-20
