1. Employees are only provided with gloves; neither face masks nor face shields are provided. 2. The employer is not enforcing social distancing. 3. Employees spit saliva and blow nasal discharge onto the floor. 4. Ten (10) or more H2A workers are housed next door in housing that is equipped with one bathroom and no social distancing is taking place. 5. H2A workers at the greenhouse are moved from one facility to another. There are about eight (8) cases of COVID-19 and it is not safe when 10 percent of employees at this location are positive. 6.
