Since opening after the quarantine, the employer has not followed the CDC guidelines as follows: 1. Employees have been asked to wear face masks, and gloves, but not all employees follow this rule. Management has not enforced this rule with certain employees. Employees were told that they would be provided masks, but that never occurred. Employees have to bring our own. 2. Employees were told they would be screened each time they came in, but temperatures have yet to be taken. 3. One employee has tested positive for COVID-19, but management has asked only 25 of probably 50 service staff to be tested. The club is only being closed down for ONE day due to the case. The employer is not requiring staff to wait until they receive their results before returning to work, simply that they only need a test before returning.
