1. Shop conditions are unsanitary. Employees spit on the floor. The shop has not been properly cleaned since the covid-19 outbreak. 2. No one wants to wear a mask. Employees are ridiculed/harassed for wearing a mask and taking precautions. 3. Social distancing measures have not been enforced for about 30 employees in building #20. 4. Employees are threatened with economic sanctions and lawsuits for invoking their right to a leave of absence. (Permitted by Executive Order 2020-36 which prohibits employers from discharging, disciplining, or otherwise retaliating against an employee for staying home from work if they or one of their close contacts tests positive for COVID-19 or has symptoms of the disease).Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-06-03
