1. The employer was given essential status for making hog floors; but has been making deck flooring and trash cans. 2. The employer does not evaluate (i.e., question and temperature) employees prior to entering the workplace. 3. The employer does not enforce social distancing. 4. The employer does not require all employees to wear masks; and mask are only given to employees that request one. 5. The employer does not require the wearing of personalprotective equipment (PPE). One employee is allowed to work while awaiting the results of their covid-19 test, and not required to wear any PPE. 6. There is no regular cleaning of frequently touched surfaces and/or the facility. 7.
