1. On May 5, 2020, a new youth was not tested for Covid-19 and was placed into the STU facility and was not quarantined. 2. On May 6, 2020, the youth that was not quarantined was found to be positive for Covid-19 and had come in contact with several employees. 3. The new youth had been in several building on site: STU, RTU, and Secure Detention. 4. The employer provided masks to staff after the youth was found to be positive for Covid-19. 5. Clients are not wearing masks. 6. Employer has told staff that no employees were exposed to Covid-19 from the youth in question; however, several staff were around this youth prior to being quarantined. 7.
