1. The business did not close in accordance with the governor's executive order. Which means around ten employees were at risk for the COVID-19 virus. 2. Employer is not following CDC guidelines to keep employees safe. Examples include having three or more employees in the same work vehicle, making it impossible to maintain six-foot social distancing requirements and sharing unclean tools.
