As of Monday, April 28, 2020 this company has mandated that a respirator is to be worn by every employee not working in an office setting. I understand that an employer has to provide medical evaluations and proper training. They have failed to do either. I'm being told it is mandatory PPE and that we are required to wear one to work at Moeller.
