1. This business is a home health care business. They are not providing their employees with appropriate safety equipment to protect their employees from COVID-19 while visiting clients at home. The caregivers have not been provided with masks, adequate hand sanitizer, paper towels or supplies. 2. If a caregiver is ill, they are forced to come in for their shift. One caregiver had an immediate family member being tested for COVID-19 and was still forced to come to work even though she had been around the family member. 3. A caregiver was denied 7 days off to quarantine after being advised by a doctor to do so because she had mild symptoms and test were not available at that time.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-04-28
