1. On April 13, 2020, an associate test positive for Covid-19; and the facility was shut down and reopened the next day. 2. On April 16, 2020, three more associates tested positive for Covid-19; and the facility was shut down until April 27th. 3. On April 23, 2020, the employer sent out an email to each employee. The email stated employees must come back to work on April 27th; the facility would no longer be shut down when an employee reports a positive covid-19 test; and any employee that was to have contact with a covid-19 positive individual would no longer be put on a 14 day quarantine.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-04-27
