1. The Northridge home had a positive case of COVID-19 and the workers were not notified. 2. Members of management spend time at and are traveling amongst the various homes (i.e., Northridge, Eastwood 1 & 2) without taking special precautions to reduce the speared of COVID-19. Many of these homes have individuals that have tested positive. 3. Although the people mentioned above are not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 it is believed that they asymptomatic and are spreading the virus. 4. Employees that have come into contact with individuals diagnosed with COVID-19 are required to self-quarantine. We were told by members of management that if we self-quarantine and do not come into work we will be fired.
