1. During construction amidst teardown the air quality & breathing conditions were hazardous. 2. The area was filthy with debris from vermin and cockroaches. 3. The temperatures were 95 degrees plus. 4. The masks were soiled and perspiration filled, causing issues with lungs. 5.
