COVID-19 Protocols not followed Masks are optional. No attempt to institute social distancing, physical barriers,ie.plexiglass.No temperature checks. Employees who have been in close contact with covid positive employees are encouraged to remain working as opposed to self isolating or quarenteening. Employer fails to inform employees when they have been in close contact with covid positive employees.After having done so for several weeks,the employer suddenly,and without a valid explanation unilaterally discontinued paying out sick pay under the CARES act to encourage employees to remain working as they were no longer being paid. To date approximately 10 employees have tested positive for could in the last month There are approximately 40 full time on site employees at this facility. I feel that there is NO concern for the safety of the workers with regard to covid prcautions.Owners have stated privately on several occasions that they personally do not believe in using the suggested precautions.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-22
