1. No restroom at the production building for employees. Employees have to go to the office of the building, in rain and snow to use the restroom. 2. In the office restroom, only two people can use it at once. Social distancing is not possible in the room. 3. The Drill is not anchored at the production building 4. There is asbestos at the production break room (on the ceiling). 5. There is no eyewash at the station at the battery charging area. 6. Brulin mixes different hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals from raw materials to make products. Chemicals frequently spread/flown over the face and body. 7. No wheel check sign at the shipping dock, outside drivers do not follow the wheel chuck in their Truck. 8. Brulin was operating without a DOT permit. No employee is trained in DOT hazardous material safety Training. 9. None of the temporary employees are trained about the Haz Com, Bloodborne pathogen or ergonomics training. 10. An employee was forced to clean a Mercury spill. The employee was not trained to do so. Employee was asked to throw mercury into the City sewage. 11. No SDS is readily available for employee review. 12. No employees are trained in CPR. 13. No Automatic-Defibrillator in any of the buildings. 14. Ergonomics issue: At the lab, there is nothing to hoist the 45 lbs. water bottle up 5 feet, for quality test preparation. 15. Employees are not trained in emergency evacuation procedures. 16. No lab safety program in place. 17. Employer does not provide N95 masks for employees who use disinfectant. 18. Forklift Trainer has no training credential for Forklift 1910.178 to be a trainer; he is not a competent person. THis has caused several employees trine dunder him to have near misses while driving forklifts. 19. Some employees working on the floor are handling chemical bottles, bottling chemicals, etc. without any Haz Com, PPE training, or without knowledge of SDS.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-10
