The employer does not enforce employees to wear facemasks while inside office areas located at 2005 w 43rd St., Chicago Illinois 60609, thereby exposing employees to COVID-19. 3. The employer does not ensure that the buses or vans are sanitized between switching drivers as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), thereby exposing employees to COVID-19. 4. Employees in the facility are exposed to COVID-19 due to the employer not implementing social distancing in the entrance and drivers room. Applicable OSHA Standard: Section 5(a)(1) per the OSH Act of 1970 1. Employees are exposed to slips, trips, and falls, due to ice in the parking lot floor.
