1. The employer is not implementing adequate safety practices to protect its employees from the spread of SARS-CoV-2 such as, but not limited to: a. Screening employee and visitor temperature and assessing symptoms prior to starting work or entering vehicles b. Installing barriers between employees and customers where social distancing is not possible c. Increasing the frequency of cleaning commonly touched surfaces in taxi cabs d. Notifying employees when they may have been exposed to COVID-19, but maintaining confidentiality as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 2. Reporting in-patient hospitalizations of employees within 24 hours as a result of a work-related incident, as required by OSHA standard 1904.39(a)(2).
