1. Proper personal protective equipment (N95 respirators) are not available for employees required to take in bodies at the hospital. y bodies in the morgue. They have to open the body bags to locate the identification tag. Some of the decease were positive for COVID-19. The employees could be exposed to infectious disease. 2. The employer does not have enough officers onsite to deal with combative patients. There were two separate incidents where employees were injured while trying to restrain a patient in the hospital. The employer investigated both incidents, but did not develop a plan of action for employees dealing with patients one on one.
