1. Employees and management personnel have recently tested positive for COVID-19. One person returned after 10 days, but was coughing for a week and was not wearing a face mask. 2. The employer is not notifying employees of positive COVID-19 cases so that they can be made aware if they were exposed to the virus and be tested. 3.
