501 Hampton Pointe, Hillsborough, 27278 North Carolina, United States

1. Multiple employees are contracting COVID-19 at the store. Employees in the same work area as those who have contracted COVID-19 are not notified. 2. The store has not been shut down for cleaning or has not had employee areas such as the breakroom cleaned since employees have contracted COVID-19. 3. Employees are directed to continue working while waiting for results of COVID-19 tests, rather than quarantining. Some employees are working while having fevers. 4. When grocery picking, it is impossible for employees to stay 6 feet apart from others.
