1. Employees have come to work while being sick. They have continued working while waiting for results of their COVID-19 tests, rather than quarantining. Employees have found out that they were positive while at work. This has exposed other employees to the virus. 2. Multiple people have been in the clean room training in close spaces, instead of spreading out. 3. Employees from offices in other parts of the country are coming to the faclity and infecting employees with the virus. 4. The employer is not notifying employees when there are positive cases of COVID-19 and is not doing any contact tracing. 5. Employees are not provided with respiratory protection for working with beryllium and copper. Employees weld on the material with a CNC machine during the final assembly of products. There are dust particles in the air and no ventilation system in the machine. Employees also clean the material with scotch brite pads and sandpaper with no respiratory protection.
