Employees are exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. There have been multiple cases of COVID-19 among employees, at least 5 new ones in the last few days; 2. The employer is not informing employees when other employees, with whom they have worked or had contact with, have tested positive for the virus or have been diagnosed with the infection; 3.
