The hazard is the inconsistent practices of their COVID-19 plan and "zero tolerance" rules when they are not applied equally to all employees. The place of business is applying inconsistent COVID-19 protocols amont its employees. Their corporate office required management to remind and coach employees on mask wearing to cover both nose and mouth, remain six feet apart and to keep their respective zones. The company recently fired a person for the mask being lowered to their chin for 10 seconds, gave no warnings or counseling where there are other employees who do not wear masks appropriately all the time and do not follow the six feet distancing rule. Thursday, February 17, 2021 - an employee was fired for lowering their mask for 10 seconds when they were not within six feet of anyone else.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-19
