The office has not been taking all employee temps. When they do take temps it is with a room temp gun. They have allowed patients awaiting COVID results to be seen, up to 15 patients have been in one waiting room at once. They are not allowing several staff members to take breaks ( 30 min or ten min) worked several 10 plus hour shifts with no lunch or bathroom break.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-01
