Item #1: Employees are exposed to a fall hazard, in that, proper equipment to climb onto semi-trucks to access the top end of the engine are not provided. Item #2: Employees are exposed to a struck-by hazard, in that, the jacks used to elevate trucks are not provided are weak and leak, causing the truck to be lowered. Item #3: Employees are exposed to a slip and fall hazard, in that, spills from oil changes are not cleaned up; an oil catch pan is not used. Item #4: Employees are exposed to a fire hazard, in that, used oil filters are put into the trash without being drained properly.
