1) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer does not enforce the use of face coverings by employees. 2) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer does not provide means and methods for employees to clean and sanitize their hands such as but not limited to hand sanitizer and hot water and soap. 3) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer does not conduct health screening of employees before entering the plant to start their shift such as but not limited to temperature checks and symptom questionnaires. 4) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer does not clean or sanitize commonly used surfaces and equipment after a employee reports a positive COVID-19 test result. 5) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer does not enforce 6 ft. social distancing as per CDC recommendations in areas such as but not limited to break/lunch room areas.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 1
