1. There is no monitoring of CO2 levels and the CO2 is high at all times. 2. The ventilation for CO2 is about 3 feet above the ground. 3. Employees exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 such as vomiting and diarrhea are required to stay at work. 4. Employees have asked to go the the bathroom and were not allowed to go. Two employees were not allowed to go to the bathroom on 2/12/2021 and had a bowel movement accident then were required to go home.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-16
