1. Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, in that the employer is not implementing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines including face masks, quarantining employees with symptoms of COVID-19, social distancing, sporadically taking temperatures and advising co-workers when they may have been exposed to a contagious individual. Location: Warehouse 2. Employees are exposed to safety hazards, in that the employer has as many as four (4) blocked emergency exit doors. Location: Rear of the plant 3. Employees are exposed to safety hazards associated with no engineering controls including, but not limited to, providing local ventilation. When processing foods such as onions, employees frequently have to vacate the warehouse because the concentration of onions irritate their eyes.
