1. No proper masks/respirator and personal protective equipment are provided to employees while handling chemicals, including phosphoric acid. Employees are exposed to chemicals that are leaking from the containers. 2. There is no proper ventilation in the area while handling chemicals. 3. Flammable chemicals are stored improperly in the location. 4. Water is leaking in to the electrical panels in the media side and employees have to access to the electrical panels to turn machines on and off. 5. Employees driving forklifts have not being trained or certified. 6. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan including but not limited to temperature check and wellness screening. 7. The employer has not provided adequate sanitization in the facility, common areas and work areas after confirmed COVID-19 positive cases.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 15
