During this Covid epidemic my employer has glossed over facts, have told employees to lie to health department officials who've investigated claims, and things are constantly getting swept under the rug with corporate investigations. They've exposed multiple employees to Covid, and are halfway doing general measures to guarantee our safety which is second to them making a profit. They refuse to do anything about the masks, except remove a few people from the store to say they're doing something. . The neglect they have shown during the first and second phases of Covid-19 has been grossly negligent to the point of them telling employees to continue to come to work even while they wait on Covid test results thus putting 350-400 people on top of the various community who shop there at major health risks. They brought a Hazmat crew to clean the store one night, while not notifying the employees working during the time, and thus subjected them without prior knowledge to dealing with chemicals. They've threatened, and guilt people into lying during assements, or making them go stand in cold spots to reduce fevers long enough to get an accurate temp reading during the pre-work assessment. Which they encourage you to take at home, as to not waste their time. In fact, the thermometer they used consistently temps people at 94.7,
